At Wilson CDC, we know that housing stability is closely tied to access to essential services and supports. Our Community-Based Services program is designed to meet people where they are, addressing immediate needs while building long-term pathways to stability and opportunity.
Through eviction prevention, outreach, and system navigation, we help residents and community members connect with the right resources at the right time. We provide access to shelters, supportive housing, rent assistance, and housing placement and retention services to prevent homelessness and promote stability. Our case management and employment assistance programs empower individuals to strengthen their financial footing, while mobile showers and hygiene services ensure that dignity and health remain at the center of care.
By offering a continuum of support under one umbrella, Wilson CDC creates a safety net that uplifts individuals and families, helping them move from crisis toward resilience, independence, and community connection.
