our PURPOSE

Our Mission

Wilson Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating safe, affordable, and supportive housing for vulnerable and underserved populations in Oregon and Hawaii.        


We believe that housing is the foundation of stability, and we are committed to building pathways from homelessness to permanent housing through compassionate services, sustainable development, and community partnerships.

  • Acquire, rehabilitate, or repurpose motels, schools, and community facilities into temporary and transitional housing.


  • Provide 3,000+ seasonal emergency beds to meet winter shelter needs in Multnomah County.


  • Prioritize Housing First principles — immediate housing access with wraparound support
