At Wilson CDC, our Supportive Housing program is built on the belief that everyone deserves a safe and stable home as the foundation for healing and growth. Using a Housing First model, we prioritize immediate access to housing without preconditions, ensuring that residents can begin their journey toward stability with dignity and security.

Our approach is also rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing that many residents have faced significant adversity. We create supportive environments that emphasize safety, choice, trust, and empowerment, while offering wraparound services such as case management, wellness resources, and community connections.

By combining Housing First principles with a trauma-informed lens, Wilson CDC helps residents not only remain housed but also rebuild their lives with resilience, dignity, and hope.
