 has worked in Affordable Housing along the West Coast and the Islands of Hawai'i. She has faced racial equity challenges when obtaining housing, experienced Domestic Violence Shelter housing, and beautiful high quality affordable housing which inspired her to create Wilson CDC. 

Our diverse team of leaders brings lived experience spanning Oregon’s Pacific Northwest coast to the Islands of Hawai‘i, grounding our work in cultural wisdom, resilience, and representation. 

Together, we carry forward a mission rooted in equity and empowerment—breaking down systemic barriers, expanding access to safe and affordable housing, and building pathways for thriving, sustainable futures.
